- Consumable parts (like light bulbs or batteries) unless defective from manufacturing
- Transit damages not reported at delivery
- Items sold “as is” or marked final sale, unless stated otherwise

- The warranty or protection plan is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

- In case of conflict, the terms stated in your protection plan documentation will prevail.
