What’s Not Covered

Even with protection plans, certain exclusions apply:

  • Intentional damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Cosmetic-only damage (scratches, scuffs) that don’t affect function
  • Natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes)
  • Theft or loss
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Consumable parts (like light bulbs or batteries) unless defective from manufacturing
  • Transit damages not reported at delivery
  • Items sold “as is” or marked final sale, unless stated otherwise

Filing your ProtectAll claim is simple:

  2. Provide your Zaanwood order information and details of the issue.
  3. ProtectAll will guide you through the next steps, including repair, replacement, or service scheduling.

Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty or protection plan is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Coverage begins on the date of original purchase or plan activation.
  • To remain eligible, products must be maintained and operated according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Zaanwood reserves the right to refuse fraudulent or unreasonable claims.
  • In case of conflict, the terms stated in your protection plan documentation will prevail.
  • These warranties are in addition to, and do not limit, any rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
