Delivery Options

• Complimentary Delivery — enjoy free delivery anywhere in the U.S. on orders of $100 or more, including furniture. Items arrive in their original packaging.
• Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.95.
• White Glove Delivery — for a seamless finish, our white glove team delivers and places your pieces in the room of your choice. White glove delivery is 8% of your order total, with a minimum of $199 and a maximum of $599.

Furniture Shipping

• In-stock furniture ships within 3–6 weeks.
• Delivery times for custom or out-of-stock items may vary.

Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 5–9 business days.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Damaged or Missing Items

• Inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
• Contact Zaanwood Customer Service immediately for assistance with damaged or missing items.
